ROSI Solar is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Senior Engineering Project Manager to support the company’s expansion to Spain.


The Senior Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for the Spanish technical roadmap, reporting to CEO and COO of ROSI. Initially, you will supervise and manage the construction of the Spanish industrial plant, coordinating from the industrial engineering design to the construction and operation phases. After achieving the initial milestone, the role will evolve and involve designing, optimizing, and scaling up our production processes. This will include evaluating new technologies, collecting feedback, carrying out the next capacity extension plan, and building a high-performing and diverse technical team around it. During the whole process, you will collaborate with the ROSI crossover team (mother company level) to ensure the technical knowledge transfer.


You will lead our technical collaborations with internal and external stakeholders including local engineering company, distributors & suppliers, energy providers, and system integrators and you will also act as a local representative of ROSI Energy Iberia to communicate with local authorities regarding permitting processes and compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.


For this you should have a strong background in industrial or related engineering, experience in plant construction would be a plus, and of course, a passion for sustainable solutions.




Requisitos mínimos
  • Versatile knowledge in engineering science: chemistry, physics, electricity, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanics, automation, etc.

  • Holding a master’s degree related to the above-mentioned fields or similar.

  • Proven Project management skills.

  • Experience in plant/factory construction projects.

  • Master compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations.

  • Used to work in leadership positions managing diverse teams.

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (with a level of C1 on the Cambridge English Scale, able to discuss technical topics)

  • Experience using drawing and industrial plan software (CAD/CAO) is beneficial.

  • Previous entrepreneurial experience is a plus.
